From 20th May 2022 we changed how our website works so that instead of ordering directly from us you are now able to buy our products from retailers like Amazon and Lookfantastic – check out our product pages to see what’s in stock!

Can I still return products I’ve ordered if there’s a problem?

Yes, the standard terms of sale still apply. If you have questions about an order you’ve placed on this site before 20th May 2022, you can call 08000463152

Why did you stop selling products directly?

We’re always looking to make your experience better, and we know it’s important that you get the products you want when you want them. With our new approach you can see which retailers have our products in stock, and at what price, and order them from whichever you choose.

I had bought an e-giftcard for this site which I’ve not used yet – what happened to that?

You will have received an email about this already. Please check your ‘junk’ or ‘spam’ folders. If you still can’t find the message please call 08000463152 with the email address you provided when you bought the e-giftcard.

What happened to my account on this site?

From May 20th 2022 the site doesn’t have a ‘My Account’ function any more. If you opted in to hear from us by email you’ll still get these messages, but perhaps a little less frequently than before. As always if you change your mind you can opt out at any time. Most other account information, including stored payment details if you provided these, will be securely erased.
